Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity includes residual income, activation bonuses, weekly payouts, and ongoing training to help you control your time and income.

You can work fully remote within your team region, with health benefits and a 401K option. Ideal candidates are go-getters with B2B sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to source leads independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work with full support and training.
