Job summary

Podimetrics is seeking a Patient Support Rep for PST hours to deliver compassionate, patient-centered service from a remote setting. You will handle inbound/outbound contacts, resolve non-clinical inquiries, and assist with logistics and coordination to ensure timely support.

This per diem, part-time role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a typing speed of 40 wpm. Prior call center and healthcare-related experience is advantageous, with the chance to contribute to innovative

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Call center background preferred, especially with remote work exposure.
• Experience in patient or customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a patient-centered experience reflecting empathy, clarity, trust, and excellence in every interaction.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound communications via phone, SMS, and email with patients and caregivers.
• Triaging and resolving non-clinical inquiries; escalate or transfer as appropriate.
• Provide logistical, technical, and administrative support, including troubleshooting and coordinating services.
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet service-level standards.
