Job summary

BetterNight is seeking a Client Services Representative for our remote inbound call center, supporting Pacific Standard Time zone shifts. You will handle high volumes of calls, provide initial triage, explain services, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a remote, busy call center within healthcare or DME is preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and resolve patient issues quickly.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus and helpful for patient outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and triage patient needs.
• Identify urgency and route requests to the appropriate staff.
• Handle voicemails and timely message delivery to relevant parties.
• Conduct outbound call backs and respond to patient records requests.
• Explain services, appointments, copays, and insurance coverage to patients.
• Guide patients through web-based software to therapeutic outcomes and scheduling.
• Ensure pricing, billing and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team and assist with scheduling.
