Cardinal Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a remote team delivering patient access and reimbursement support. You will supervise customer service and enrollment activities, ensuring KPIs align with client contracts and SOPs.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years in patient support programs, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access center with up to 20 staff.
• Coach and mentor team in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Coordinate and deliver regular program metrics reviews.
• Assess and approve program changes including IT upgrades.
• Report CRM system issues promptly.
• Manage timecards and HR duties as a people leader.
• Open requisitions, interview candidates and advise senior leaders.
