Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee patient access support and reimbursement staff, delivering high-quality service for 1-2 clients. The role requires 3–5 years in patient support programs, prior management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, time management, and MS Office proficiency.

Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Commitment to the continued development of oneself and team members.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions for the program.
• Monitor program metrics/dashboards and share results with senior leaders.
• Coordinate with IT, platform upgrades, and program business rule changes.
• Manage HR responsibilities and timecards as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations.
