Job summary

Cardinal Health's Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to directly supervise customer service and enrollment staff, plus reimbursement staff. You will oversee staffing schedules, training, and KPIs to meet client contracts and internal SOPs, delivering high quality service and long-term client retention.

This full-time, remote role in the U.S. requires leadership, strong communication, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for the program.
• Review program metrics and share results with leaders.
• Coordinate with HR for timecards and staffing decisions.
