Job summary

TruBridge, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role, scheduled 8am–5pm PST, Monday to Friday. You will support Early Out Service patients by handling inbound and outbound calls and assisting with billing questions in a professional, confidential manner.

The position emphasizes meeting production and quality standards, maintaining information systems knowledge, and collaborating with team members. A High School diploma and reliable home internet are required.

• Schedule call backs and collaborate with the team on issue resolution.
