Job summary

Friendsofkerhonkson is hiring a fully remote Customer Service Representative to support TruBridge Contact Center clients. The role covers handling medical billing questions, setting up payment plans, and processing payments during 10am–7pm CST or 11am–8pm CST, Monday through Friday.

You will maintain production and quality standards, protect confidential information, and participate in ongoing training to stay proficient with services and systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of remote customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while meeting production targets.
• Maintain high quality of service following policies and procedures.
• Keep knowledge up to date through education opportunities and system training.
• Protect customer information and handle confidential data.
• Process paperwork and documentation related to accounts.
• Assist with payment plans, billing questions, and payments with professionalism.
• Schedule callbacks as needed and communicate clearly with callers.
• Collaborate with team and take on additional tasks as assigned.
