Job summary

TruBridge, Inc. is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to support Early Out Service patients. This full-time role operates 11am–8pm CST, Monday to Friday, delivering courteous, accurate responses and guiding patients through billing questions and payment plans.

You will work from home with high-speed internet, join a collaborative team, and follow client-specific procedures to protect patient information while striving for excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• MUST be available to work 11am - 8pm CST.
• High-speed home internet (NOT Cell-based internet) required.
• Ability to test home internet speed, to ensure adequate bandwidth.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while meeting production standards.
• Maintain quality assurance by following policies and procedures.
• Protect customer information by keeping data confidential.
• Assist with medical billing questions and payment arrangements.
• Schedule call backs as needed and collaborate with team.
• Support supervisor with additional tasks as assigned.
