Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Remote Contact Center Service Advocate I to support scheduling and patient care. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and ensure an exceptional patient experience across our remote network.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork with medical staff; 40 hours per week, weekend shifts possible, benefits included, and remote-friendly training. Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience, call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient appointments through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide courteous, professional service and address patient inquiries.
• Enter patient information and appointment details accurately in scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions to patients clearly.
• Address scheduling conflicts promptly and collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
