Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Address scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments for smooth scheduling.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
