Oak Street Health is seeking a Remote Contact Center Service Advocate I to manage patient appointment scheduling and provide outstanding service. You will handle calls, enter data, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure a seamless experience for patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate coursework preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center background helpful
• Experience with EMR documentation is a plus
• Proactive, patient-centric communication and strong organization are essential

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients and address inquiries
• Enter patient information and appointment details accurately in scheduling system
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
