Oak Street Health is seeking a Remote Contact Center Service Advocate I to support patients by scheduling appointments and delivering an unmatched patient experience. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule, reschedule, and confirm visits with care and accuracy.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 17.00 to 34.15 USD hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits. Spanish/ Mandarin/ Cantonese/Polish language skills are a plus, U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience, call center environment experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers preferred.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Enter patient information and appointment details accurately into scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with patients.
