Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Friendly and nurturing attitude toward older adults.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time.
• Outstanding phone demeanor and etiquette.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficient PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers preferred.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Appointment scheduling via inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide courteous & professional service to patients.
• Data entry of patient information into scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly.
• Address scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
