Oak Street Health is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Service Advocate I to support remote patient scheduling and care coordination. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, 24/7 center.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, clear communication of instructions, collaboration with medical staff, and proactive follow-up to reduce no-shows.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers preferred.
• US work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide courteous and professional service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately enter patient information and appointment details into scheduling system.
