Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in call center preferred.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish language skills are preferred.
• Proficient PC skills including basic Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments via inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide courteous, professional service to patients.
• Enter patient information accurately into scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Follow up to confirm appointments and send reminders.
