Responsibilities include processing orders, assessing needs, and communicating coverage details. Requires 2+ years in customer service and 2+ years in healthcare.

Competenze

• Minimum two years experience in customer service.
• Minimum two years experience in healthcare.
• Minimum one year experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Mansioni

• Process orders from referral sources and patients via phone or fax.
• Assess patient needs and document referral requests for care coordination.
