Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a remote Patient Intake Coordinator to support the Enteral Nutrition Center, ensuring smooth patient admission and coordination across branch, sales, and insurance teams.

You will process orders, assess needs, provide information on equipment, coordinate coverage, and document referrals while training virtually and working independently. 40 hours weekly with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in customer service.
• Minimum two years experience in healthcare.
• Minimum one year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process orders from referral sources and patients, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Assess patient needs and document referral requests for coordination of care.
• Provide information on equipment, supplies and services to bring a patient on service.
• Coordinate with Insurance Verification Team to process patient details and benefits.
• Relay insurance coverage details to referral sources and patients; discuss billing forms; training occurs virtually.
