CVS Health is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to support the Enteral Nutrition Center with initial admissions and cross‑functional coordination. You will liaise with branch, Sales, Insurance Verification, and referral sources to ensure accurate data capture and smooth onboarding for new patients.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Knowledge of insurance terminology and medical benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from referral sources and patients and respond to inquiries.
• Assess patient needs and document referral requests for care coordination.
• Provide information on equipment, supplies, and services for onboarding.
• Coordinate with Insurance Verification to collect benefit coverage details.
• Relay insurance coverage info to referrals and discuss billing forms with patients.
