Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor for a remote, nationwide role. You will lead daily revenue cycle operations, mentor staff, and drive improvements in cash collections, AR, and patient experience across HB and PB populations.

We expect a strong background in hospital PFS, team leadership, and knowledge of payer requirements. Travel of 15–30% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1–2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB).
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, follow-up, denials, self-pay, cash posting and final account resolution.
• Manage work queues, aging, and backlogs; align work to volume and staffing.
• Monitor staffing and service levels; rebalance resources as needed.
• Ensure standardized workflows, payer requirements, and documentation standards are followed.
• Identify operational barriers and drive resolution.
