Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across billing, follow-up, denials, and cash posting. You will mentor teams, monitor metrics, and drive improvements in cash collections and patient experience in a remote, nationwide setting.

The role requires 4+ years in hospital PFS or revenue cycle, 1–2+ years in leadership, and strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Travel 15-30% and PST/CST hours apply.

Qualifikationen

• Progressively responsible hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervision.
• Knowledge of HB/PB patient account lifecycle and payer processes.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and quality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials, and cash posting.
• Manage work queues, aging, unresolved accounts, and backlogs to meet service levels.
• Monitor staffing, volumes, and service levels; rebalance resources as needed.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, SOPs, payer requirements, and documentation standards.
• Identify barriers to reimbursement and drive escalation and improvements.
• Oversee insurance follow-up for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and timeliness.
• Monitor denial trends, appeals, and payer deadlines; prioritize by risk.
• Oversee patient balance workflows, statements, arrangements, and financial assistance.
• Oversee posting of payments and remittance; resolve unapplied cash and variances.
• Lead, coach, and develop PFS staff; conduct regular performance feedback.
• Support onboarding, training, and standardized processes.
• Use data to drive improvements across hospitals.
