Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead revenue cycle operations in a remote environment nationwide.

You will supervise daily PFS activities across HB and PB, mentor staff, and drive improvements in cash collections and account resolution. You will oversee denials, payer follow-up, and self-pay workflows, ensuring compliance with policies and performance standards across multiple hospitals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1--2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of HB and PB patient accounting, and payer processes.
• Strong ability to manage workflow, productivity, quality and performance.
• Experience with healthcare billing and revenue cycle analytics is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily PFS operations for HB and PB including billing, follow-up, denials & appeals.
• Manage queues, AR inventories, aging, and backlogs; align work to capacity.
• Monitor staffing, volumes, and service levels; rebalance resources as needed.
• Ensure timely execution of workflows, SOPs, and payer requirements.
• Identify barriers to reimbursement and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Oversee insurance follow-up for diverse payers and track denial trends.
• Oversee patient balance workflows, financial assistance, and self-pay processes.
• Oversee cash posting, reconciliation, and remittance workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop PFS associates; drive performance and training.
