Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations and mentor a high-performing team. The role focuses on cash collections, AR management, denials, and patient financial experience in a fast-paced environment.

We expect strong leadership, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across HB and PB workflows. This is a remote-based position with nationwide opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1–2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials and appeals, self-pay, cash posting, and final account resolution.
• Manage work queues, AR inventories, aging, unresolved accounts, and backlogs; align work to volume and staffing.
• Monitor staffing capacity and service levels; rebalance resources to maintain performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, payer requirements, and financial policies in workflows.
• Identify systemic barriers affecting reimbursement and drive resolution.
