Signature Performance is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead revenue cycle operations remotely across HB and PB functions nationwide. You will develop and mentor teams, monitor denials and cash posting, and drive improvements with data-driven leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include managing workflows, ensuring payer requirements are met, and prioritizing actions to maximize cash collections while maintaining patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1–2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of HB and PB, payer processes, and patient responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials, self-pay, and cash posting.
• Monitor queues, aging, and service levels; align staffing to volume and capacity.
• Identify barriers and drive improvements in reimbursement and cash flow.
