Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily PFS operations remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will mentor teams, monitor metrics, and drive improvements in cash collections, AR, denials, and payer performance.

The role requires 4+ years in hospital PFS, 1–2+ years in supervision, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel and multi-hospital coordination are expected in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hospital PFS or revenue cycle experience.
• 1–2+ years team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of hospital billing (HB) and/or PB and payer processes.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, quality and performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a multi-hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for HB and PB functions including billing, denials, and cash posting.
• Manage queues, AR inventories, aging, and backlogs; align work to staffing and SLAs.
• Monitor staffing, workload, and service levels; rebalance resources as needed.
• Ensure workflows, SOPs, payer rules, and documentation standards are followed.
• Identify barriers affecting reimbursement and drive resolution with leaders.
