Zusammenfassung

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations in a remote, nationwide role. You will mentor PFS staff, optimize billing, follow-up, denials, and cash posting, and drive improvements across HB and PB processes.

You will monitor performance metrics, manage backlogs, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve cash collections and patient experience while upholding policy and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Knowledge of HB/PB and payer processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily PFS operations including billing, follow-up, denials, self-pay, cash posting.
• Manage queues, aging, and service levels; align work to volume and staffing.
• Mentor and develop PFS staff; monitor performance and conduct regular huddles.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to address payer trends and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workflows, policies, and account documentation standards.
