Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across billing, insurance follow‑up, denials, and cash posting.

You will mentor teams, monitor metrics, and drive improvements in cash collections and account resolution in a remote, nationwide capacity. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in hospital PFS or revenue cycle, 1–2+ years of leadership, and familiarity with HB/PB workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressively responsible hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1--2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily PFS operations including billing, insurance follow-up, denials and appeals, self-pay, cash posting, and final account resolution.
• Manage work queues, AR inventories, aging, unresolved accounts, unapplied cash, and other backlogs.
• Monitor staffing capacity, workload, volumes, and service levels; rebalance resources to maintain performance.
• Ensure timely execution of workflows, payer requirements, financial policies and documentation standards.
• Identify operational barriers and drive escalation resolution.
• Oversee insurance follow-up across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and other third-party payers.
• Monitor aging, claim status, denials, underpayments, and timely filing deadlines; prioritize based on risk.
• Support payer escalations with trend documentation and action plans.
• Oversee patient balance workflows, including statements, arrangements, and financial assistance.
• Promote timely account resolution and patient-centered experience across HB and PB.
• Oversee posting of payments, adjustments, denials, and remittance activity; resolve cash issues.
