Qualifications

• 4+ years in hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle.
• 1-2+ years of demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB), Medicare/Medicaid/payer processes.
• Strong ability to manage workflow, productivity, quality, service levels, and employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, AR, denials, self-pay, cash posting, and reconciliation.
• Monitor work queues, aging, and service levels; rebalance resources.
• Identify barriers and drive remediation with PFS leadership and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop PFS associates; conduct regular huddles and feedback.
• Support onboarding, training, and adoption of standardized processes.
