Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric group offering 24/7 virtual and in-home care. We are seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement, with one-on-one coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is remote with occasional travel up to 20% and prefers candidates in several states including New Jersey. A base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management or related field.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching and developing team members and supervising enrollment/engagement activities.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar platforms and MS Office.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support enrollments and ongoing caregiver engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and drive professional development.
• Ensure timesheets, attendance, and scheduling align with policy and performance standards.
• Coach for performance improvement and maintain caregiver-centered service quality.
• Analyze performance data and present insights to leadership.
