Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II, guiding enrollment and ongoing caregiver engagement across the member journey. You will supervise, coach, monitor performance, and coordinate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a high-quality caregiver experience.

The role is remote with up to 20% travel, prefers candidates in multiple states, requires 3–5+ years of management experience,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, outreach, and caregiver engagement activities.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and MS Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II across enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
• Act as escalation point for caregiver concerns and workflow issues.
• Ensure timely timesheet accuracy and approve scheduling changes.
• Coach teams through change while maintaining engagement and performance.
