Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement. This remote role requires up to 20% travel and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

You will coach, manage performance, and drive enrollment and caregiver satisfaction in a fast-paced healthcare setting, upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management/leadership experience in call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II supporting caregivers throughout the full member journey.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and drive professional development.
• Manage timesheets, scheduling changes, and time-off requests.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve effectiveness, quality, and performance.
• Monitor and drive performance against enrollment, outreach, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
