Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric medical group that provides virtual and home-based care for children with special health care needs. The Patient Engagement Supervisor will lead a team supporting caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement, ensuring a high-quality, compassionate journey and collaboration across clinical and operational teams.

The role allows remote work with up to 20% travel, offers a base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus bonus and benefits, and prefers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Business Management or related field.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support caregivers throughout the member journey.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and develop staff.
• Ensure timely timesheets, attendance, and adherence to policies.
• Coach for performance improvements and enrollment/engagement outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in enrollment and caregiver engagement.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
