Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric medical group supporting families through enrollment, engagement, and care coordination. As Patient Engagement Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Associates I & II, coach regularly, monitor metrics, and partner with Clinical, Operations, and Market teams to deliver a seamless caregiver journey.

Remote role with up to 20% travel; we seek candidates in select states. Spanish language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, customer engagement, and care coordination efforts.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and MS Office.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II across enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and support professional development.
• Ensure timesheets, scheduling, and attendance are accurate in line with policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and quality.
• Monitor enrollment and engagement metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
• Escalate caregiver concerns and workflow issues and resolve them promptly.
• Analyze performance data and present findings to leadership.
