Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled pediatric group, is seeking a Remote Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement in a child’s care journey.

You will conduct one-on-one coaching, monitor performance against enrollment and engagement metrics, and partner with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to deliver a compassionate, high-quality experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, customer success, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Prior experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II.
• Ensure team meets service and performance standards.
• Oversee timesheets, scheduling changes, and time-off requests.
• Provide coaching to improve associate effectiveness and performance.
• Drive enrollment, engagement, and caregiver experience metrics.
• Analyze performance data and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
