Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Associates supporting enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement. This remote role includes up to 20% travel and requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to deliver a compassionate caregiver journey.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, ensure accurate timesheets, and collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to optimize enrollment and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3-5+ years in management/leadership in a call center or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience with enrollment, patient outreach, or engagement.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or equivalent telephony and MS Office.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide feedback.
• Ensure timesheets accuracy and approve scheduling changes.
• Provide coaching to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Drive enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Monitor performance against enrollment and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
• Support change initiatives and adoption of new processes.
• Maintain caregiver-centered service and high-quality experiences.
