Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, caregiver engagement, or patient outreach teams.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to drive enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Supervise timekeeping, attendance, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive enrollment, engagement, and caregiver satisfaction metrics; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a coordinated member experience.
• Develop strategies to improve caregiver participation and operational efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for caregiver engagement and enrollment issues; ensure timely resolutions.
