Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II. This remote role involves guiding enrollment, caregiver engagement, and ongoing support throughout the member journey, with occasional travel up to 20%.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to drive enrollment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management experience in a call center or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and set development goals.
• Ensure enrollment, outreach, and caregiver engagement targets.
• Monitor performance against enrollment and experience metrics.
• Escalation point for caregiver engagement and enrollment activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
