Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled pediatric group, seeks a Patient Engagement Supervisor for a remote role with occasional travel. You will lead a team supporting enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement, with responsibilities including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality caregiver experiences.

Requirements include 3–5+ years in a leadership role within healthcare operations or call center settings, proficiency with Talkdesk and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of management experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, caregiver engagement, or related workflows.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and drive professional development.
• Monitor timesheets, approve scheduling changes, and enforce attendance policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Develop strategies to improve caregiver participation and operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Act as first point of contact for escalations and caregiver concerns; drive timely resolutions.
