Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Associates supporting families through enrollment and ongoing care journeys. You will coach, supervise, and develop talent, ensuring high-quality caregiver engagement and steady enrollment progress across programs.

The role is remote with up to 20% travel nationwide. Requires 3–5+ years in healthcare or call center management, proficiency with Talkdesk and MS Office, and preferred bilingual Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II who support caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, set goals, and support development.
• Ensure team members meet service and performance standards and manage timesheets and scheduling.
• Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Monitor performance against enrollment, outreach, caregiver engagement, and experience metrics.
• Analyze performance data and present findings to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to support a coordinated member experience.
