Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is hiring for a leadership role in our healthcare operations team. You will guide staff, optimize workflow, and ensure adherence to quality metrics across daily operations.

We value call-center experience and strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits, HIPAA, and compliant handling of confidential data. Remote work is available, with travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support department staff, coaching and development.
• Maintain scheduling and workflow to meet daily targets.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume with clear scripting.
• Ensure timely sharing of information impacting staff and operations.
• Monitor quality metrics and support training needs.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with agencies as needed.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
