Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a capable leader to oversee daily operations of a managed care/pharmacy team in a remote-capable role across the United States. You will drive staffing, training, and quality initiatives while ensuring HIPAA compliance and effective client transitions.

The position requires 2 years in managed care or PBM environments, call center experience preferred, and a background in pharmacy claims/benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Claim / benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding workflow and staffing needs.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume with clear scripting and resources.
• Share information impacting staff in a timely manner.
• Coach, motivate, and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Collaborate with hiring/temp agencies and manage relationships.
