Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.
• Adherence to compliance program objectives and respectful teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards by understanding workflow and directing staff accordingly.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and volume changes and ensure clear scripting/resources.
• Share information impacting staff in a timely manner.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and act as escalation resource.
• Maintain knowledge of Lumicera’s software and tools.
