Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a proactive team lead to support daily operations in our specialty pharmacy environment. You will guide staff, optimize workflows, and ensure quality metrics are met.

The role requires 2+ years in managed care or PBM, call center experience, and leadership or coaching skills; travel up to 5% may be required. We offer strong benefits, remote-friendly scheduling, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching / mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim / benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.
• Ability to travel 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily workload standards by understanding current workflow and scheduling needs.
• Identify and remove barriers that prevent goals from being achieved.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume, ensuring scripting and resources are clear.
• Ensure information impacting staff is shared timely and clearly.
• Ensure staff comprehension by requesting feedback or through observation.
• Lead day-to-day staff leadership and support across the department.
• Set and enforce appropriate quality metrics for staff.
• Perform periodic quality monitoring and coaching as needed.
• Facilitate training and development for individuals and the department.
• Manage disciplinary processes as outlined in policies.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies.
• Escalate calls and department issues to supervisors as needed.
• Triage service and technical issues to resolution and educate staff on causes/resolutions.
• Maintain current resources and tools for staff.
• Travel up to 5%.
