This position offers remote work eligibility for residents in several states, including North Carolina, with a schedule that typically runs Monday through Friday. Expect 5% travel and a strong focus on quality and client transitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• CPhT certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service or PBM.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload and staff scheduling to meet workflow targets.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals and ensure clear communication.
• Review client transitions and volume changes; ensure scripting/resources are aligned.
• Provide coaching and leadership support to department staff.
• Enforce quality metrics and participate in staff training and development.
• Coordinate with hiring agencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy software and tools; travel up to 5%.
