Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations. You will determine financial qualifications for assistance programs and assist patients through resolution via email and calls using our Lynk technology.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented with strong communication skills, able to multitask, and comfortable navigating healthcare program rules.

Aufgaben

• Owns patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Conducts inbound/outbound calls and applies program rules to determine coverage and next steps.
• Coordinates nurse teach with field-based nurses and supports adherence services.
• Documents activities in the Lynk system and reports adverse events as required.
• Keeps relationships with patients, prescribers, and stakeholders in compliance with healthcare laws.
