Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, or other health professionals in support of specialty pharmacy functions.
• Make outbound calls to patients to establish shipment criteria and ask scripted questions when applicable.
• Utilize operating systems and tools to manage patient therapy and refill compliance.
• Assist in answering incoming phone calls and triage to a licensed health care associate when clinical intervention is needed.
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and maintain highest ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
