Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support specialty pharmacy programs. Under general direction, you will communicate with patients, prescribers, pharmacists, and payers to assist in the fulfillment and patient care of specialty medications.

You will answer and place calls with a warm, professional greeting and gather information for prescription fulfillment, helping manage patient therapy and refill compliance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, or other health professionals in support of specialty pharmacy functions.
• Make outbound calls to patients to establish shipment criteria and ask scripted questions.
• Utilize operating systems and tools to manage patient therapy and refill compliance.
• Assist in answering incoming calls and triage to a licensed health care associate when intervention is needed.
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and maintain high ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
