Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from patients, prescribers, or other health professionals.
• Make outbound calls to patients to establish shipment criteria and ask scripted questions.
• Utilize systems to manage patient therapy and refill compliance.
• Assist in answering calls and triage to a licensed health care associate when needed.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and ethical standards; comply with company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
