Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare customer service, medical billing, revenue cycle, or call center roles.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are required.
• Experience in a high‑volume call center environment is preferred.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient billing and payment calls.
• Explain account balances, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Process payments and assist with payment arrangements.
• Educate patients on MyChart and self‑service resources.
• Assist patients with financial assistance inquiries.
• Document all interactions in Epic.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Deliver professional and compassionate customer service.
