TridentCare is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support patient accounts in a remote capacity. You will handle inbound calls to collect billing and demographic information and update systems accordingly.

Responsibilities include researching and resolving accounts, documenting interactions, and preparing regular reports. The role requires 1–3 years in medical billing or call center work and 3–5 years in customer service.

Qualificações

• 1 year: Collections Experience
• 1 year: Call Center Experience
• 1 year: Medical Billing
• 3-5 years: Customer Service

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound calls to obtain patient billing/demographic information.
• Sort and return patient statements with information electronically.
• Research and resolve customer accounts using patient files and eligibility sites.
• Document all customer contact to ensure follow-through and resolution.
• Update multiple systems with patient information.
• Perform account adjustments and recommend changes to the supervisor.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports as scheduled.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.
• Meet monthly performance and audit goals.
